After the Stork Has Delivered

$50.00Price

The baby has arrived. Now what? You prepared for the pregnancy. You prepared for the delivery. You prepared the nursery. But nothing quite prepares you for the moment you bring your newborn home.

Is my baby eating enough? Why is she making that noise? How often should he sleep? Is
this normal? Should I be worried? After nearly 30 years as a solo pediatrician caring for newborns and their families, I have learned that new parents don't need more information—they need someone they trust to help them understand their baby.

I wrote After the Stork Has Delivered to share the practical advice, little tricks, reassuring
explanations, and pearls of wisdom I have given families throughout my career—especially the
things I find myself saying over and over again during those precious first weeks and months.
This is not simply a newborn instruction manual. It is meant to feel like having Dr. Roma sitting
beside you, helping you navigate feeding, sleeping, crying, diapering, bathing, newborn quirks,
and all those little moments that can feel very big when this is your first time.

Keep it beside your rocking chair. Read it at 2 a.m. Give a copy to a new mother, father, or
grandparent. Because after the stork has delivered, the real journey begins.

With love,
