Membership will be a nonrefundable $500 fee per patient per year, beginning January 15, 2024.

1. Why?
Dr. Franzia needs to maintain the highest standards of pediatric care for each child’s well being. These past years have been a challenge to keep up with the demand of sick and well children visits. Dr. Franzia stopped accepting new families to the practice well over a year ago, even though she continued to accept newborns. Dr. Franzia has hired a part time pediatrician, Dr. Teresa Kim, and has been actively looking for another pediatrician without success. This was a very heavy hearted decision for Dr. Franzia who was one of five siblings, raised by a single mother and knows that her childhood situation could not afford the concierge membership fee. Dr. Franzia has taken the initiative to transition to Concierge Pediatric Care to ensure that each child receives the attention they deserve.

3. How do I enroll ?

4. Will my credit card on file with the practice be automatically charged for the membership fee?
No

5. Discount for multiple children?
No

6. May I enroll my children after January 15th?
Yes, you may enroll one child at a time. The membership fee for the child will need to be paid before the sick, well, televisit, refill prescription after January 15th.

7. Payment plan for membership fee?
No

8. By joining the membership, will it guarantee visits only with Dr. Franzia?
We will try our best but we cannot guarantee.

9. Do you have to be a member to have ears pierced?
No

10. Do you have to be a member to consult with Karen Raden, our functional nutritionist?
No
